We are out of network with insurance, but are happy to provide you with a super bill for you to submit on your own. We do, however, accept HSA, FSA, Care Credit, cash, and all major credit cards as forms of payment.

Many individuals and families that do not have health insurance come to us for care. We offer rates and plans to make care affordable for you and your family. We believe that health insurance, or the lack of, should not be an obstacle to you receiving the best care. Remember your health is the best investment.
-
We put your health first. In your initial visit, we’ll take the time to learn about your health history and perform a thorough exam. This helps us see if chiropractic care is a good fit for you and how your body’s current state can guide your personalized treatment plan.
Functional medicine is designed to meet you where you are and address the root causes of your health concerns. During your first visit, we’ll review your health history, lifestyle, and current symptoms to determine if this approach is right for you. From there, we’ll create a personalized plan to support your body’s natural healing and help you reach your wellness goals.

Chiropractic care is a safe, effective, non-drug, and non-invasive approach to addressing neuromusculoskeletal concerns. While it has an excellent safety record, no form of healthcare is completely without risk. The risks associated with chiropractic care are very low. Many patients experience immediate relief, though some may notice mild soreness, stiffness, or achiness—similar to what you might feel after exercise. Research shows that any minor discomfort following treatment usually resolves within 24 hours and is a normal part of the healing process.
-
When a joint is adjusted, you may hear a popping or cracking sound. This happens due to a process called tribonucleation, where a gas bubble is released within the joint as the pressure changes—similar to what occurs when you “crack” your knuckles. This sound is completely normal and does not indicate any harm. Most patients experience little to no discomfort during the adjustment, and the release of the gas bubble can actually help the joint move more freely and comfortably.
-
For most patients, chiropractic adjustments are comfortable and often bring a sense of relief, relaxation, and overall well-being. Some individuals may experience mild soreness or stiffness afterward, depending on their condition or the areas being treated. This is normal and typically resolves within a short period, while the adjustments continue to help restore balance and improve joint function.

Functional medicine is a personalized, holistic approach to healthcare that focuses on identifying and addressing the root causes of health concerns rather than just treating symptoms. It looks at the body as an interconnected system—considering factors like nutrition, lifestyle, genetics, and environment—to support natural healing and long-term wellness. Through thorough assessments and individualized care plans, functional medicine helps you optimize your health, prevent disease, and feel your best from the inside out.

Our functional medicine services are offered virtually and in-person.
Before the first visit: You will be invited to register for the online patient portal called Jane App. This is where you will fill out a new client intake form and consent forms at least 24 hours prior to your visit. You can also upload and share any recent labs from the last 3-6 months in your patient portal in the “My Account” section under “Upload Documents.”
Initial Visit: Dr. Jackie will review your symptoms, health history, lifestyle habits, mental health, emotional health, and all recent blood work to uncover answers and underlying reasons to your health concerns. She will then provide a custom health plan with personalized solutions to help you achieve your desired results. Dr. Jackie's approach focuses on identifying and addressing the root causes of your symptoms and concerns. Solutions are tailored to your needs and vary such as meal plans, lifestyle habits, detox tools, custom supplement combinations, mindfulness practices, stress management techniques, spiritual guidance, and non-invasive therapies such as guided breathwork, gut hypnotherapy and red light cold laser. Advanced testing is available for microbiome imbalance/infections, food sensitivities, food allergies, nutritional deficiencies, autoimmunity, mold toxicity, heavy metals, inflammation, and more. All testing is typically paid out of pocket and ranges from $200-$500 per test.
These appointments typically last up to one hour.
Follow-up (current patient) Visit: 30 minute follow up visits to discuss your health plan, track progress, provide coaching and any ongoing support. We can discuss what has been working, and going well, and what challenges or set-backs you may have experienced.
These visits usually occur every 2-3 months.

We have prices listed for chiropractic and functional medicine in our Patient Hub. We also have packages and memberships that are listed in the Lifestyle Lab that can save you a bit of money by bundling services.

The simple answer is, YES. While we receive a different education and have a different view on health than a traditional medical doctor, we are still put through a rigorous curriculum, consisting of 4,700 hours of instruction, clinicals, and practicals. We even perform dissections in a cadaver lab and get to study and learn from the bodies. Our curriculum closely mirrors that of an M.D.
Chiropractors receive a Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree upon graduation. We are required to take national board exams, state licensure exams, carry malpractice insurance, and maintain continuing education hours, just as medical doctors do. Chiropractors are the only medical professionals that are licensed to detect, analyze, and correct a subluxation!
If you’d like more information on this, feel free to ask Dr. Jackie at your next visit!

Not everyone in our office requires x-rays, but the doctor will determine if you need them once she has completed her exam. If x-rays are recommended, we have an office we refer you to in order to obtain the images.
-
We are happy to view your x-rays from your previous doctor. A number of factors will determine if we can use these images or if we will need to refer you out for new ones.

A chiropractic adjustment is a precise, skilled movement, typically performed by hand, applied to the vertebrae of the spine or other joints in the body. Adjustments help restore proper joint movement and improve overall function. Sometimes, an air bubble is released during an adjustment, creating a popping sound—similar to cracking your knuckles. Depending on your condition, your chiropractor may also use joint mobilization, muscle release techniques, therapeutic exercises, or muscle stimulation to reduce pain, improve mobility, and help you feel your best.
